Pet Frontier is an independent partnership owned retail pet store specializing in small companion pets & supplies established in July 2005. We are not affiliated, under contract, or in franchise with any other entity of similar name.

Pet Frontier does not sell dogs or cats. We recommend adoptions through your local shelter.

Shipping Information:

At this time we are only accepting orders with a US or US territories shipping and billing address.

Currently Pet Frontier DOES NOT ship or take online orders for live animals or frozen products - these are currently available for in-store purchase only. You can view them on their pages and then contact us for specific availability.

"Red Dingo Tag" Shipping Option

Red Dingo Pet Tags are shipped direct from Red Dingo to our customers, and our prices include shipping and engraving. Please order these tags separately from other products and choose the shipping option "Red Dingo Tag". You may order multiple tags on one order as long as the shipping address is the same for all tags.

"Hold Order for Shipping Quote" Shipping Option

If you would like items other than Red Dingo Tags shipped to you, please select our "Hold Order for Shipping Quote" option at checkout. Your order will be placed on hold, and your credit card will NOT be charged until we email you the shipping charges and estimated delivery time for your order and you approve the shipping charges and delivery time by return email. Once we receive your approval, the shipping charges will be added to your order, and your order will then be released for processing.

Items from our current inventory usually ship within 2-3 business days. We will notify you if any items are not currently available along with an estimated in stock date.

"In-Store Pickup" Shipping Option:

If you would like to pickup an order at our store, please select the shipping option "In-Store Pickup". We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. If any of the items you select for in-store pickup are not currently in stock to fill your order, we will notify you along with an estimated restocking date. There are no shipping charges for in-store pickup orders.

You should plan to be able to pickup your order at our retail store at 12315 Wetmore Rd., San Antonio, TX 78247, within 3 business days of being notified that your order is ready. Our business days are Tuesday through Sunday. In-store pickup orders not picked up within that time period may be considered abandoned and made available again for sale, and you may be charged a restocking fee of 15% at our discretion.

In-Store Purchases

In-Store Purchases refer to purchases made by customers during their visit to our retail store at 12315 Wetmore Rd., San Antonio, TX 78247. If there are any discrepancies between online pricing and in-store pricing, in-store pricing will prevail unless otherwise determined by management. Prices shown are retail prices - any applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

Product and Animal Information:

Information about products and animals presented on www.petfrontier.com is as accurate and up-to-date as possible. Management reserves the right to correct and update all product and animal information including pricing without notice or schedule. Any discrepancies between online information and actual labeling and/or content will defer to the actual product labeling and content. Photos of products and animals are representative in nature and may not be of the exact item available. Photos which show a product in use by an animal or multiple examples of the product will not convey that the animal or additional quantities of the product are included in the price listed unless specifically noted on the product page.

Holds and Special Orders:

We do not offer layaway, payment plan, or on account payment options. We do not typically place any in stock item on hold unless it is prepaid to be picked up within 3 business days. Live animals and frozen products must be taken possession of at the time of in-store purchase unless arrangements are made for transport or housing issues that can be resolved either the same day or within 24 hours.

Special orders are available. We have access to several different distributors who carry thousands of pet products. Any item not typically stocked by Pet Frontier must be paid in advance and picked up or shipping arrangements made within 3 business days of notification that the item is in stock. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Refunds & Returns: We have a 3 Business Day return policy. Please review our policy at www.petfrontier.com/returnpolicy.html For our online shoppers the 3 Business Days begin the day the order is delivered to you.

If you purchased your product online and it was shipped to you, please contact us by email BEFORE returning the product. Include in your email a detailed explanation of the concern or problem with your order as well as your contact information and order number. Include your order number in the subject line of your email. In many cases we may be able to resolve issues without the extra time & expense of return shipping the product to our store. As long as you have contacted us with your concern within the 3 Business Day time period, your order will be covered under our Return Policy.
